I have correctly set up the whatsapp integration but I do not understand it does not work correctly. The configuration (method 2) for the language does not appear on whatsapp, and the chatbot sends me messages without him having asked anything, the chatbot also sends messages twice in a row, and does not answer my questions so it all works fine on the webchat. I have an appointment with a client tomorrow to give him a demo... Can you help me please?

This is odd to me, specially the part about it sending messages first (WhatsApp does not allow that except for templates) is that what you receive?

usually after the first "hello" the chatbot is supposed to ask me to choose the language

so, I need to look into further detail buuut I have had this, in my case I had to re-publish but first force a timeout (set it to 2 mins) then republish and try again, not sure if it'll be the same for you

on the top left corner, click the botpress logo, then Chatbot Settings then under Bot Settings set "Inactivity Timeout" to 2 (the lowest)

still the same problem more or less. I don't normally understand when I say "Hello" it's supposed to ask me which language I want to continue with. He doesn't even ask me. And when he asks me how he can help me, he directly sends me a message in another language and directly a second question which is supposed to come much later. I don't understand, everything works fine on the webchat but on WhatsApp it's a disaster.

This is odd, what do the logs say when you use it on WhatsApp ?

yes it's very odd. Maybe there is a bug with number test of whatsapp ?
But tell me, the language translate is possible on whatsapp ?

It is possible to translate using the Translator agent, but as for the flow maybe someone from @cold-motherboard-82208 could help us out more
