WhatsApp bot answering questions not in the knowle...

I setup a basic workflow to query a KB using a downloaded Wikipedia article PDF from the movie blade runner. I then followed the BotPress guide to setup WhatsApp and connected to the bot. But I asked a question that it should not have an answer to and it gave me an answer. How could this happen as I have KB enabled on the node. I also asked a question that I should have an answer to and it just went back the start of the workflow. Iā€™ve attached the conversation with the bot to show an example of my issues.

You shoudl give a try adding a personality to your bot and set a condition like the images

I believe is due to the logic path in the workflow. You can watch this video where it explains how to properly set the KB based bot

Thanks, I've seen that video previously - the Botpress emulator works fine and gives me all the expected responses. So I think its something else going on
