I want the ability for my client to update the knowledge base. I'm thinking of creating a non-indexed URL where he can update as he likes. Would this work? Is there a better way?

The web search updates it self from time to time. Not sure how often tho.

Hey @chilly-church-46005 , like Decay said, web search results update over time, but that depends on how often the search engines (Google & Bing) re-index your site. Since your site won't be indexed, you'll have to upload documents or scrape your website manually. Right now there is not a feature to dynamically create knowlege bases

Even if we could scrape a google doc share link, you'd have to manually re-scrape it every time you want to update the info.
