Right now we are unable to display the URL that the knowledge agent used to display a response from a website, thus we are unable to provide the source to the end user. Citations is only returning the title of the knowledge base answer.

What exact functionality are you looking for, there's a few ways you can get around this but not very practical on a large scale?
