The Query Knowledge Base does not behave as described in the documentation. The Query Knowledge Base of a workflow within a folder should trigger a KB search, with the related knowledge base, also in the same folder. It starts by searching the folder and then moves up the folder structure to the global "not in folder" main stream. Notably, the documentation highlights that it "will not search within subfolders or folders at the same level." THE PROBLEM IS THIS: although in the Query Knowledge Base instructions you have explicitly indicated to carry out the search in the kb of the folder, the SEARCH ALSO EXTENDS TO THE OTHER FOLDERS OF THE SAME LEVEL, POLLUTING THE SEARCH AND OBTAINING UNSATISFACTORY RESULTS. I would appreciate any feedback on this issue to resolve this issue. Thank you!
