The error message "Cognitive - AI Generate failed: Token spend quota exceeded" indicates that you have exceeded your AI Limit. To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:
1. Go to your Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Usage and Subscriptions.
3. Click on Manage AI Spend Limit.
4. If you are already subscribed, you can increase the limit directly. However, if you have reached the $100 limit, you will need to contact our sales team for further assistance.
5. If you are not subscribed, you will need to subscribe with a credit card and then adjust the limit accordingly.
