03/14/2024, 11:43 AMI have created a bot with Single Choice and a Knowledge base. When a user choose an option in the Single Choice, bot is working fine. But when the user bypass to choose an option, and ask a question instead or ask a random question, the bot goes back to the Single Choice and did not search the Knowledge Based for an answer. Please help thanks.

03/14/2024, 1:00 PMSorry, I have found the answer. I have enabled "Add transition to handle failure" to Single Choice card then create a new node that handles the users query.
