Is there an integration to allow direct connection to an airtable base or view that is used as a knowledge base? Can I go around the integration if it is not possible and treat the base as a website? Has anyone done this before?⚒️

Hey, Right now, it is still in development. However, for your questions. If that is publicily open, and queryable by search engines (can search for it on google for example) then you can use "Search the Web" option in the KB

Did you try this tutorial: https://discord.com/channels/1108396290624213082/1186610522498539520 When you update your Airtable data and you run the bot again in Emulator or the next chatbot user goes to that workflow, the new data is automatically updated to Botpress KB table.
