Is it possible to transfer and/or simply modify the ownership of an account. Specifically, the email associated with the "Owner" role should be replaced with the email that is currently linked to an Administrator Collaborator role. Is this a switch that must be performed by a system admin?

Hey there, it is not currently possible to change the ownership of an account.

The owner will always remain the owner of the account.

But you can add collaborators and change those withtout any issues.
