I have 2 bots integrated with Whatsapp, with their own webhooks, phone numbers, etc... The only thing they have in common is that the FB app is on the same developer account. That's all. The problem is that when i send a message using whatsapp to one, i get the response from both bots. If i message Bot1 i get the response from Bot2 first and then Bot1. But if i message Bot2, i only get the response from Bot2. I've checked the log from both bots and they both seem to receive the same message from whatsapp, despite of being sent to just one of them. Please help. Best regards, Christian

Hey @thankful-sandwich-72110 , are the two bots in the same workspace? Can you confirm if the webhooks on whatsapp are correctly configured, ie. both bots webhooks are not linked to the same app?
t
Hi Sly, yes they are both in the same workspace and they do have different webhooks. Do they have to be in different workspaces? I just tried disabling Bot 2 WA integration and I still receive the reply from both. That is odd

hey @thankful-sandwich-72110 can u help me connect the bot to WhatsApp? there ar 3 days that im trying to connect it
t
Hi @max_80, sure i can try. But i would need more information Have you followed the instructions from botpress documentation? If so, in which step are you stuck? Do you get an error?
c
So I managed to connect to my WhatsApp... It is sending the test message. But the bot doesn't respond 😦 What can I do? It's not giving any errors, the bot just doesn't respond
t
Have you checked the log? If WA connection is properly done, you should see that Botpress got the message from whatsapp and it’s trying to send respond to it. You should find the error there. If you want, try sending a message from whatsapp, then go to botpress and check the log filtering but the date. Copy and paste the log here to see if we can help you.
Nobody??

I managed to solve it. But thank you so much
