Just so others have the context, here's the original question: I'm asking name, email and phone to the users at beginning, after that I'm trying to find email and phone if they already exist in the table, but the card find records doesn't work properly. -- Would you mind sharing more info / screenshots of your workflow and how you are using the filters?

This sounds like a bug I encountered previously. Similar scenario, collect info in a table during a chat; and then check for the same records elsewhere in the flow. Bug ended up being with Insert Records card (not Find Records).
