Is there a global issue that the bot can reach the knowledge base from the workspace, but can't reach the kb when it's 'shared'? Bot works fine when I'm using it from the workspace, questions/commands all work as supposed to. Once I press 'share' or from the website where I uploaded it, it says it's not able to find the answer, so seems like it doesn't connect to the KB.
