I have the "Pay as you Go" subscription and I bought 10 units of the "Messages & Events" for a bot test. Now I'm trying to downgrade it to 0 Messages & Events but everytime I try to update it, I get a message "There was an error while updating your subscription. Pleas try again". Can someone help me to solve that?
