I've attached an example screenshot for a hotel client where I'm asking where the gym is.
Does anyone know how to fix this so that the chatbot will be able to answer the same question even when the questions themselves are worded differently?

Hey,
This is because of your KB. You can try, and make the information in it better. You could start out by adding a FAQ section, with questions it could not find an answer to.

Makes sense! I've been doing some googling of this trying to figure it out. Something I think might be wrong is that I haven't listed all the possible questions that someone might ask.
Maybe in the KB I need to display the topic, then all the questions and then the answer?

I like having a KB about Faq and one with general information, could be a website or a doc about something.
