I want to make the bot reset every time bots link in loaded. right now when I click share the bot pops up with all of the stuff from the previous conversation. I set the time out to 2 minutes and its still loading the old convo every time.

Go to dashboard then integrations, scroll down and you will find an option to delete conversation after exit

you can use action called reset variables Or reset session
