Does anyone know how to stop the bot from looping and asking a question multiple times? Right now I'm trying to have buttons show once, but due to the way that the GPT assistant is integrated into the workflow, it keeps looping and asking it multiple times.

Hello, Can you please suggest how to end the conversation from a chatbot, where I'm asking User for option to provide feedback or not, when User says No. I still see the chatbot is waiting for response. Note this happens on the Published Chatbot.
