1- How can I input a list of client's numbers to start the conversations? To create a campaign to engage old customers. 2- Can I do it integrating my CRM, or Zapier or via webhook? For example, right after a purchase from a new client.

You cannot start a proactive conversation without using WhatsApp Templates. Create Templates in WhatsApp Business Page and use it to engage with old customers. Proactive conversation can be initiated only up to 24 hrs of the last conversation by a user. Yes, you can integrate with CRM, Zapier to send WhatsApp template message right after purchase

lijomathew_63005 ok, I understand I can only use the templates. But most people on my lists haven't bought or engaged with the bot. Can I still start a conversation with them? I would have to create an event that triggers the CRM to send the number to botpress so it starts the conversation?

Yes, once customer has engaged in a conversation within 24 hrs without a template and post 24 hours using a template
