Hi i am having the same problem, when you follow the Whatsapp Integration Video of Botpress, you send via Meta for developers a test message, and in the video the bot responds via Whatsapp, but when you tried it doesn't

Have you integrated botpress webhook in META?
Are your messages getting double blue tick, indicating that Botpress read your message?

I do not see the usage of WhatsApp - I ran the bot in Webchat and it is working. Did I miss something?

Yeah in Webchat it's running but in whatsapp i send via Meta for Developers the test message and i't doesn't do anything, how can you see whatsapp usage?
It's still reading whatsapp messages tho

@high-nail-34735 Thank you for your time, it is observed that Botpress is responding to the messages it received, however WhatsApp is not sending the message, and returns error stating that the number is not part of the allowed list
