Hi, is it possible to retrieve the user's name and email from our CRM when a user is logged in? This is a custom built CRM. So, the user_name and email variables are pre filled and we do not need to stay asking the user to enter these details. Thank you!

If Botpress is hosted as a chatbot on the CRM, then I think there is documentation for the bot to make aware of the user. Check botpress documentation
