Hi @late-dog-91397 I investigated but I couldn't find the exact cause of the issue, so I've escalated this. However, I noticed that the report was generated 3 days after the original error you sent so not sure if you updated the bot in between? If you did update the bot in between, could you generate another report ID so it includes a fresh snapshot of your bot so we can double check?
BTW, on another note, I noticed that you're trying to use Zapier to retrieve the tracking info asynchronously and then have it sent back to the user once the zap completes, but unfortunately this is something that's not yet supported in a bot. The current use of the Zapier integration is mostly for triggering zaps whose output doesn't need to be sent back to the user (e.g. sending an email, recording something in Google Sheets or other app, etc.).
This is something that is in roadmap to support, I'll request this to be prioritized internally, so please stay tuned to the #1111016943370113174 channel for updates on this 🙂
