I successfully sent data to Zapier with a correlation Id and back but it is not triggering the Events from Zapier trigger node to continue the conversation of the user. What can I do? Thank you

Hi @late-dog-91397 , could you check the Logs tab of your bot in the Botpress Cloud dashboard, and see if you find any errors or information logged around the time the event was sent from Zapier to Botpress? If you find anything, please feel free to share some screenshots so we can take a look.

@late-dog-91397 The error message is unclear so we'll need to investigate further. Could you please follow the steps below to get a report ID so we can look into this in more detail? 1. Edit your bot (in Botpress Studio) 2. Click on the 'Resources' button that has a little "question" icon (bottom left of the Studio) 3. Click on 'Report a problem' 4. Follow the steps provided Once you submit the report you'll receive a Report ID, please send it here so we can investigate the error.

Hi @late-dog-91397 I investigated but I couldn't find the exact cause of the issue, so I've escalated this. However, I noticed that the report was generated 3 days after the original error you sent so not sure if you updated the bot in between? If you did update the bot in between, could you generate another report ID so it includes a fresh snapshot of your bot so we can double check? BTW, on another note, I noticed that you're trying to use Zapier to retrieve the tracking info asynchronously and then have it sent back to the user once the zap completes, but unfortunately this is something that's not yet supported in a bot. The current use of the Zapier integration is mostly for triggering zaps whose output doesn't need to be sent back to the user (e.g. sending an email, recording something in Google Sheets or other app, etc.). This is something that is in roadmap to support, I'll request this to be prioritized internally, so please stay tuned to the #1111016943370113174 channel for updates on this 🙂
