Hi. New to botpress. I am trying to use the deploy extension in chrome. After adding the API codes and navigating to the custom gpt page I select a work space and get the following error message. Error deploying your GPT We've been notified and will work on a fix. Please You can try again later Is this a known issue or have I done something wrong?

Did you make sure to stay on your GPT page while moving to step 3?

Thanks Sabrina. I actuall just solved the problem which was a mistake on my end. I assumed that since my gpt account had a credit balance it would work but it also needed a payment method and when I added one the error was gone.
now I am working on creating a gpt using the 3.5 model because my custom gpt is using GPT 4 turbo and the api token costs are quite high using that model.

Which tokens are you referring to? Please go into Usage and Subscriptions. And then Manage Subscription.

I have the same problem
I topped up 10 dollars into my OPENAI developer account but I am still having the problem. The error message is "Error deploying your GPT: We've been notified and will work on a fix. Please, You can try again later". Any idea?

Did you figure it out?
You need to have at least $5 in your OpenAI dev account. Also, when you're about to publish, make sure to stay on your GPT.

Hi I did, the issue was that the CustomGPT has to be public to everyone

Hey so I'm not exactly sure because it worked but then I tried creating another custom got in another account, did everything the same, made it public and added funds to my API and it's giving the error now

I'd review the steps and do everything over. Make sure you are on your GPT when you are ready to deploy.

Are you getting an error message? @rich-megabyte-51405 Any error you get, please send it in this thread. Otherwise it's a bit hard to troubleshoot.
