All that was needed is for the openAPI credit to be MORE than 5 USD. Anything less than that and it just won't work.
Putting this up here for some folks in case they face the same issue.

02/19/2024, 9:55 PMI figured out the issue, and it's because the GPT has some PDF files uploaded to OpenAI, and apparently this is causing this behaviour. I created a new GPT without knowledge files and the bot was created successfully, test it and everything is working fine Hope this feedback helps !! 👍
