Hey @best-army-74344, have couple of things, did you fill in all the carousel fields? Also, restarting the bot, even exporting/importing the bot can also help

Importing does work with other bots right now. There are 2 documents in the KB which it can't import, if Ramón deletes them it should be just fine.
