Hey Botpress Team, I have a question about the gdpr. I am considering integrating your chatbot service onto my website/my clients and have read your Privacy Statement. In particular, the sections "8. How we use cookies and other tracking technologies" and "12. Additional Information - Schedule 1 - List of Service Providers (Subprocessors)" have caught my attention. I would like to specifically understand the extent to which the chatbot, once integrated onto my site, utilizes tracking tools and cookies. It is crucial for me to fully comprehend the privacy practices associated with the use of the chatbot to ensure that my website complies with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) requirements. While your Privacy Statement describes the use of tracking technologies and cookies on your website, it remains unclear whether these technologies are also directly utilized by the chatbot. This point is of significant importance for maintaining compliance with privacy regulations on my website. Could you please clarify whether and what tracking tools and cookies are used directly by the Botpress chatbot when integrated into an external website? Furthermore, I would appreciate information on the nature of the data collected, its usage, and any potential transfers to third parties. I would also like to know if I can view the user data (ip address, entered data and so on) and delete it (right to be forgotten, gdpr)? And is it also possible configure the bot so that a connection to the Botpress servers is only established when the user has clicked on a consent button in the chat window?
