I am trying to figure out a way for the user to input text to the chatbot at any time and have the chatbot override and answer the question. For example, if the chatbot is asking a question such as "do you want to schedule a call?" I want my user to be able to ask a question such as, "How long will a call take?" before needing to answer the question

Hey You can enable knowledge answering on all capture information cards. It should override it.
