Hi, how it is possible that chatbot answers from KB but the answer it gives is not in KB? (Watch the pictures). 1Komma5 installs solar panels and don't operate in software business. My KB is the company website.

Seems like there is some misleading information on the website. Websites are usually not setup to work like a KB which is why they aren't that good at it. Having text docs as your KB with concise and easy to understand information is the best. To get the best answers I would go thru the website, page by page, and write everything down that is useful.
