Sometimes when testing my published bot, I notice the bot will respond twice on the same step. It will say "Here are some recommendations for that service" and then moments later something similar like "These are the best recommendations for the service:" with slightly rephrased recommendations. Why does this happen? Is this a known issue?

Do you have a personality agent enabled? Also, turning on 'answer manually advanced' prevents the double answers for me, as it controls when the bot can answer the user query!

I don't have personality agents enabled - can i only use 'answer manually advanced' if i have personality agent enabled?
