Case: there is an option for the users to check up on their product and their progress, what I want to do is get their contact information and put it in a table (done), but now I'm looking for ways for an automation (maybe zapier) to send the captured information to a whatsapp number so an employee can follow up with them.

You mean something like a HITL (Human in the Loop) where they have a customer service representative?

I mean like a reporting case. an automated message that says " [name] has reached out to check on this [case], phone number is this [number]" rather than directly connecting them to a service rep
