Meta has a lot to offer when it comes to API's. I recently uncovered that some of the interactive API responses of Meta sent to Botpress webhook are not parsed for any action. For example - When a WhatsApp template message is sent to a user, Meta shares status updates on message delivered, message sent, message read, and message failed delivery. Similarly interactive flows, catalog selection, etc, none of these messages can be parsed! - There is no way today to parse these messages and take action.
