Make changes on botpress table when google sheets ...

Hey everyone! I need help creating a system where the tables from 2 chatbots are connected to eachother. So basically, the first chatbot is a customer support chatbot that has every product the company sells. It has all these products listed in a table called "productTable" The second chatbot is used for the internal processes of the company and it allows them to add new products easily to a table in botpress. I connected this second one to make.com and google sheets so it also adds new rows to google sheets. But now what I want to do is connecting the "product adding system" so that everytime someone adds a product, the first chatbot's table of products is modified and a new product is added. Is there any way to do that???

Hey there, Planning on doing a tutorial on how to make changes in your table, when Google Sheets gets modified. I will hopefully have it ready in the weekend 🙂 (Might be tomorrow, if my exam goes well)

@swift-beach-91270 While we are waiting for Decay's tutorials, have you tried the old ones https://discord.com/channels/1108396290624213082/1181662097046786118 When you update the information in Google Sheets, and the next chatbot user goes to this node or workflow to start the webhook trigger, they will immediately receive updated KB table information which they can ask questions.

And your second chatbot can use these ideas: https://discord.com/channels/1108396290624213082/1195676782821646376 https://discord.com/channels/1108396290624213082/1194161232052244521 They were built before Decay's Make.com Integration 💡so now there's going to be even a better way to build these, which is a lot easier on the Botpress end, but the basic idea remains the same. I have not yet updated these to use the new Make.com integration; after that (or Decay's tutorials), I will also see if the Make.com scenarios remain the same or which part needs to be changed when using the new and better way.

I have another question meanwhile
I have a capture card for ther user's name
and it is saved to a user's variable
But if the lead leaves and comes back a few hours later, it asks the user's name again
even if it's the same user
is there a way to fix that?
