My bot worked normally until a few weeks ago. Now, I went to test it, and apparently it is not searching/finding any answers in my BotPress database. Could you show us your bot's editing space? I have 2 guesses of what might be causing your bot not to be able to answer questions from database : 1. You used too much AI spend 2. You need to put a ? at the end of your question if the knowledge base is searched via a capture information card like a raw input card.
