Hello, I'm having some issues regarding my bot's responses. In short, when I ask a question directly in the KB's ask questions field, I get an appropriate response. However, when I ask the same question to the bot, it doesn't find the answer in the KB. I've tried disabling the personality agent, but it had no effect.

To start with, most of the times I would recommend disabling the personality agent for test purposes. Is your knowledge agent enabled? If so, does your knowledge agent have Answer Manually ON ?

I disabled the personality agent and changed all the KB in to rich text and I think it works, thanks for the help!
