Thanks, I ended up with removing yes, and having a button for them to press if the answer was bad.

Alright. Maybe this is something @famous-jewelry-85388 should see. Issue with using multilingual buttons. Button language was Norwegian, but it wouldn't pick up on the language when it was translated to English.

Having similar troubles with the response. Ask the bot on norwegian, the knowledgebase is also in norwegian. Then it answers me in english some times (This is on a new conversation as well).
