Hi team, Today I was wondering if there was a way to make my chatbot to send a message in an independent way. For example, if there was a user in the past that has purchased a while back, can the bot send a message (for example) after 3 days to check if the user is happy with the service, etc.?

thanks decay, its not that because i want to send like scheduled messages to all the users, not only a specific number, but i think it is with the whatsapp templates on the meta dev page
