I get the events but there is no way to select any of them and save it. What should I do to make it work and save the event to trigger? Or maybe it's not possible to have two triggers? I have the default conversationStarted and would like to get a custom one.

Hi, No tha will not impact your code. Triggers are fired
But a common issue is that you have multiple triggers of the same type
