Hi, I've never used Discord before so apologies if I wasn't meant to post this here - once I submitted an issue through Botpress Studio I was told to submit my report code on Discord, so here I am. Please direct me If I'm in the wrong place. I guess I'll just repeat the issue. When I ask the bot a question about something that is definitely in the KB through the Emulator or the 'Ask a Question' functionality in the KB window, it answers perfectly. When I ask the same very question through a widget on a live website, the answer can not be found. Same bot, up to date, no changes, all published - literally 2 seconds apart. @limited-gold-68479 Are you using the question card or a knowledge card to return the value?

@careful-kitchen-31087 Hi! I'm not sure what you mean by question card. The card this was asked on is a Raw Input card with KB answering enabled. GPT 3.5.

@limited-gold-68479 try using GPT4 and see what happens when you publish the bot - also, have you checked the logs for more info?

@careful-kitchen-31087 Thanks, that's a good call! Embarrassed I haven't looked there first. I think I fixed it. I'm not sure why that would affect this issue, but my Summary Agent was disabled while the summary and context variables were given to the Knowledge Agent as additional context. Thank you for your help! I hope that was it.. 🙂
