Chatbot is showing different results in different browsers and it is not displaying the result of the updated chatbot

Hey there, Could you elaborate a bit more. Like sending a screenshot of where in your flow it sends different messages. Where it doesn't display the results of the updates chatbot, and what you have done to try and debug it.

It is getting the knowledge from the custom GPT, I used deploy GPT extension and deployed it.

That is probably why. It will vary in the responses since the temperature is probably not 0.

how to adjust the temperature are there options to train the botpress

I am not sure if you can adjust the temperature and you can't train anything in Botpress. You can give your Botpress more knowledge, but not really train it.
