How to book an appointment and I want to book an appointment OR I am going to New York in my New Car in the first sentence book/appointment is repetitive but the statements have a different meaing. In the second sentence New York is a place while New is an adjective for the car. I tried AI Transitions and Intent; they both cannot distinguish between the two statements and will execute the intent workflow irrespective. As you can see in the screenshot shared, if I am asking "how to book an appointment" - the intent takes me to the booking workflow. It should have provided me with the kb query-based answer instead https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1227212574723145831/1227212575272468520/image.png?ex=662795c6&is=661520c6&hm=7c949885fcbeb4eb74760ca331c2a014fa952823ed673e2979716c43532acde7&

Hi @limited-pencil-78283 , I think for these kind of nuances, the best option is to use an AI Task and leverage the instructions to teach the nuance between booking and answering the question. Another option would be to add two AI transitions that reflect the nuance, such as
question about how to book appointment
and
request to actually book an appointment
