Chatbots are not working as per desired outcome. Need to ensure they are working properly in every browser. I am even ready for subscription if it could be ensured as per our requirements.

sometimes the bot answers properly sometimes it shows error there is also delayed response once question is asked.

The problem might be due to the temperature you set. Can you share a screenshot of the bot? (run the bot and check the event debugger)

I have used a deploy GPT template that is given by the Botpress there I have trained a custom GPT and deployed it, thus resulting in a delayed response

I guess it shows the error message because it takes a long time for it to give response. Normally when the execution takes too long, it sees it as an error. Adjusting the temperature might help with this but it might affect the accuracy of the response Do you want me to check it out for you?
