to clarify - the bot shouldn't be performing/behaving differently, but it's just a visual question of the thinking indicator appearing?

Hi Robert, I have a similar problem and I'm searching for a while to solve it : When querying the knowledgebase or AI Cards, the animation (dots ... waiting for response) is generally not displayed. They only appear shortly before the text is loaded (10 to 20 sec). What is the reason for that? Can I change it? Are their other animation possible? Because this is not user-friendly 🙂 Thank you.

Yes it is mostly a visual issue where the three bouncing dots do not display until just before the answer is displayed and the user is left not knowing what to expect.

Hi, I have the same "dots issue" with Knowledgebase-Cards (or calling an OpenAI GPT by an expression card). I think it is a bug. I'm lost and it is not reasonable for my clients to wait without a sign. If you have a workaround let me know. Thank you.
