I've been building a bot and I was trying to build out data for my knowledgebase. I ended up changing the source of my data and deleting it and when I tried to upload other sources for the knowledgebase it said my vector usage is full, although there is nothing using it in any of my bots. Does the vector database usage not update as I add/delete data?

if you export your bot into a new bot or workspace and delete the original bot, what happens?
