I have a KB populated from a word document. The relevant part of the doc is this: Q: My password did not work and I’m locked out of my account. How can I log back in? Then click the Request Password Reset by Email button and follow the prompts. I can't seem to figure out why in some cases it would strip out the URLs as they are relevant to the answer. I have tried different formatting, spaces, semi-colons, making them links, adding text to tell the AI that they are indeed links (seemed to work but them stopped working). So I must be missing something. Anyone have any suggestions? Big TIA. -Chris.
