Recently I started to develop a chatbot and facing an issue. Could any of you please assist me. In the botpress cloud studio, I implemented the following way, here is my flow The first node is start. I have created a standard node named greet_user which consists of a text card. I have 2 workflows, the first workflow is Service Workflow and the second workflow is AI Workflow. In Service workflow, we have 2 levels, one is select the category, second level is to select the question, then the bot will give an answer with the help of text card. After Starting the conversation, I'm executing greet users text card and Service Workflow which is selecting choice but in between that workflow when the user types a question instead of picking choices, that means if pre-defined query is not matched, it needs to transition into my second workflow which is AI Workflow. Here I am facing the issue that if it goes to service workflow , it stays in that node only and If user ask question instead of choosing options it is giving error instead of transitioning into AI workflow and give the answer from there. In the above attached screenshot, if user is asking question directly instead of selecting it from choices, it should transition to AI workflow and give the answer directly and if user select from the choice it should go to service workflow and continue .
