Bot is not identifying a simple yes \ no question ...

05/17/2024, 12:12 PMHi Botpress team and friends, sometimes our bots conflict with a small problem that comes randomly,
in some nodes we have a single choice with 'yes' or 'no' options that are translated to Hebrew as 'כן' or 'לא'. (IW\HE)
A lot of times when we press yes 'כן' it works and when we press on 'לא' (no) it repeating itself again and again until it makes an error and ends the conversation.
how can we avoid that? all our bot is written in English for outsourcing it but we don't know what can be a solution.
must say that in all other languages, it works good. We think that Hebrew is the problem here.

A lot of time when if don't use the AI transition it just get stuck in this type of questions

but it's very wrong to build a chatbot in mixed languages it will mess up everything
from my understanding something is missing in the integration to language (IW\HE) to make it perfect
