After more than a +year of working with Botpress platform mostly with Hebrew and English languages, I want to say that everything is really great and we appreciate all the fixes, features and tools that you give us here, but with each update you do we need to go through all the bots, and 99% of the times they are just going nuts and give the wrongs answers. can't understand why? we have not changed anything. This product should be something consistent especially if you make this flow 100% custom and manual, how can we trust it for the long term? we have a ton of potential customers that we want to connect and we don't know how to do it when our own bot is getting messy for nothing and can't even go with single-choice 'yes' or 'no' simple cards or answering from KB (the most default things in Botpress platform). It's a big problem that we can't solve all this time, We have posted a lot in 'Help' that had figure out some of the issues to build the "perfect" bot template. and it really worked perfectly thanks to the top developers here and botpress team! but this thing after each update never has been fixed each day or week we check them and get the wrong answer randomly or errors a lot of times. (and it worked perfectly before). We really want to trust and use Botpress for our chatbot agency and transfer all our bots but this thing is the only that separates us from success. ❤️‍🩹
