Following up on @rhythmic-lizard-47527 I appreciate when some guys that are here for the long term speak up. I'm really concerned how key issues were answered fast a couple months ago, now there is a rush to implement new upgrades that are pushed into production without enough testing. Seems not enough people are testing enough or there is no one specifically leading testing. The v2 webchat ui has been a mine of bugs the last week. I reported them and the answer I get is to show a live example. Cmon guys, no software company pushes key product releases into production without enough testing, don't simply rely on the community to do the testing. Bassam from Botpress team used to be active helping out everyone scale bugs and reports. Now who is doing it? Getting an answer once a week? Relying on ambassadors? The community only has to know when a release is live without bugs after ample stress testing has been conducted, not when we should test or check if it works. Deeper testing and more transparent communication goes a long way. It's a software company, not a marketing company, sending the right emoji is not gonna impact the product.
