Hello, I need help to figure out how to use Intent Triggers in general as I can't find relevant documentation on them. 1. How to activate RouterAgent (what it means at all) to start using this trigger. 2. How to make sure Trigger catches relevant phrases (do I need to select trigger transition card where trigger phrase is expected be written) 3. What is the scope of this trigger (workflow or entire project)? Entire project would be way better because in this case I can break up the project on components which execute specific functions). You have to go to the agent section in your bot, which can be found on the left side of the studio. Then enable the Router Agent. I believe you would just use it like a regular intent, except this listens to all of the inputs from the user.

actually going to a left panel and looking for Router Agent was the first thing I did, but it is not there. Its in beta. You don't have access to it then.

Does it mean that Intent Trigger is not available for me? Do you kow when beta is supposed to be released? Is it possible to sign up for waiting list?

Botpress haven't given a time line for it, and no I don't believe you can. The Botbassadors, has access to it for testing purposes to make sure that its stable so it can be released to the public.

What can i use insted of RouterAgent is disabled.?

I have two identical bots configured, and in one, I have Intent Triggers enabled, while in the other, it tells me that I need to activate the Agent Router... but in both, I don't see the Agent Router in the agents panel... strange.

The Router Agent is currently in BETA. Only limited users, including botpress employees and botbassadors, have access to the agent. Without the agent, intent triggers cannot be utilized. I don't have a specific timeline as to when this agent will be released to the public as it is in testing / staging. @green-table-87234 what is your use case? Maybe I can help you find a different way / workaround for your bot for the time being
