When the conversation is handed off to a Human in the Loop (HITL) agent, Zendesk is not receiving the information from Botpress. Specifically, agents are unable to see the messages that were sent by the user during the back-and-forth interactions after the start HITL card. Could you provide guidance on why this might be happening and how to resolve this issue?
