Hi all! My products table as a knowledge base has worked well in the past. I recently reuploaded my table of products with some changes, some columns deleted but not much more. Yesterday and today, my bot, using capture cards with KB answering enabled, seems to completely disregard/ignore the table KB, even though it is added correctly with the right searchable fields enabled. Up until now I've tried to rephrase, ask from other angles and languages at least 50 times and it does not find an answer. Could it be something temporary with, server down or anything related? I just cant find whats wrong. If it helps I will add some additional screenshots that could maybe hint a wrongdoing in my bots structure or other things.. Just noting that I use manual KB answering and on one node I usually have the capture card giving answers and the query KB card giving links with my created prompt. Also in the past, before I reuploaded the table, the questions you can see it failed to answer on the screenshot were answered perfectly usually. The KB is meant to be searched by product codes, so I only have searchable enabled in the product code column.
