Failed to import a bot

07/03/2024, 1:53 PMI tried to duplicate a bot by exporting and then importing it to a new one. Export worked ok but the import is failing. The file size is only 136mb, so i doubt it's too big. @freezing-elephant-85019

07/03/2024, 2:20 PMWe have this happen often. I had to import a bot like 40-50 times the other day before it would work without throwing an error. It did eventually work but was quite annoying.

07/05/2024, 8:54 AMYes, if memory serves I think the red error box appeared in the bottom right of the screen & said 'internal server error'. The upload bot dialogue box in the centre of the screen went inactive. When I refresh the page the flows appear - but given there was an error there's no way I'm going to proceed with using it after the error message appeared.
I may have over-exaggerated the number of times I re-tried a bit, but when I did this last week I had to try at least 15+ times at least before it worked.
Next time I need to do an import I'll try & catch a screen grab.
